User Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your personal data from WOW Enterprises LLC services (including Wow ERP and any third-party data we received on your behalf through Facebook, Google, or other connected accounts) at any time.
What gets deleted
- Your account credentials and profile
- OAuth tokens we hold on your behalf for connected platforms (Slack, Google, Notion, Meta, Twilio, etc.) — these are also revoked at the source
- Personal data you provided (name, email, phone, address)
- Communications drafted or sent through the platform under your account
What we may keep
We may retain a minimum set of records for legal, tax, accounting, and audit purposes (typically 7 years), as well as anonymized aggregate analytics that cannot be used to identify you. Detail is in our Privacy Policy.
How to request deletion
Option 1 — In-app (fastest): if you have a Wow ERP account, log in, go to Account → Settings → Delete account. Your account is queued for deletion and you receive a confirmation email.
Option 2 — Submit the form below: if you no longer have access to your account or want to request deletion of data we received about you through a third-party integration (e.g., a Facebook Page that connected to our app), use the form. We respond within 30 days.
Tracking your request
After you submit, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking reference. Reply to that email to follow up. If you don't receive the confirmation within 24 hours, check your spam folder or email [email protected] directly.
Email instead of form
You can also email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" — include your full name, the email associated with your account, and which service the request applies to.
Effects of deletion
- Your account is closed and you cannot log in
- OAuth tokens are revoked at the source platform
- Pending invoices, subscriptions, or billings remain valid; settle them before requesting deletion
- Operational records required by law (e.g., issued invoices) may be retained until their statutory retention period expires
